Can't See Videos & Videos Won't Play

If you are having any problems accessing any of the videos, live chat etc. this is 99% of the time due to settings in your browser. Make sure you are accepting all cookies in your browsers settings. To do this go to tools then internet options then click on the privacy tab and click on default. You should have your privacy setting set to medium which is default or lower. Then click on advanced and you will see at the top it says override automatic cookie handling this should be checked and also select accept 1st and 3rd party cookies. Click ok and then ok again. Reload the page and see if that helps. If that does not work you also might want to try to delete internet files, cookies, restart your computer and try again. Also some virus scan programs cause problems viewing the site. Try to disable your virus scan or allow our site in your options and see if that helps. We have tested our sites on as many browsers and operating systems as possible and all the sites work fine except Mac's there is some problems with some of the live video and streaming video feeds. Video Players

The first thing to always try when you can't get a video to play is to restart your computer and login to the site and try to play a video. Most of the time this will fix the problem. If you still can't get a video to play read the answer to the question above. Also make sure you have all video software files and updates installed including Windows Media Player and also Real Player. When you purchase a subscription, you are issued a 4 - 8 digit Member ID . You should have received your Member ID from either the approval screen when the order was made or in the email confirmation sent to you immediately after submitting your order. You should always maintain a record of your Member ID and should use this number in any correspondence with a customer service representative.

Can I get information on the membership that I purchased?

My card has been used fraudulently in the past and now I can't join a Website. Why is this?

Anytime fraudulent activity is reported on a credit card, the card number is placed in a negative database which prevents any further transactions on this card.

I did not receive a sales confirmation email. Why?

Sales confirmation emails are sent with each order that Billing Support processes. So please make sure that you enter a valid email address each time that you purchase a membership to insure that you'll receive your confirmation.

I purchased a subscription using my checking account but I cannot get access. Why is this?

Purchasing a membership using your checking account is a two step process. First, your order is approved and then you are sent an email confirmation which gives you information on activating your check order. If you do not activate your order, then you will not be billed and you will not gain access to the Website you joined. Please make sure that you enter a valid email address when making a purchase.

BILLING QUESTIONS

I have purchased a subscription to a Website. Under what name will the charge appear on my credit card statement?

The name or 'descriptor' of the company will be the same name as the one on the order form for the site you joined, or on the email confirmation you received.

I purchased a trial membership - will I be billed?

Your credit card will be billed the initial low cost price. If you do not cancel your trial membership prior to the end of the trial, then your credit card will be billed for a standard monthly membership on a recurring basis. Please refer to the terms and conditions of the Website that you joined for further information.

How do I cancel my membership?
